GRAHAM PINDAR
SPECIALIST ADVISER
Graham has 35 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning and also has over 20 years of experience as an expert witness in the NSW Land & Environment Court.
This breadth and depth of experience spans 10 years in the RMS and 25 years in the private sector, establishing TRAFFIX in 1993.
This extensive experience is available to all TRAFFIX clients and includes provision of strategic ‘high level’ advice on development proposals, extending to traffic studies for complex developments across all land use categories.
Graham has consulted to local and State Government instrumentalities as well as to a wide range of private sector clients, with a close involvement in all work undertaken by TRAFFIX.
Graham is a very effective communicator who requires that all reports and advice emanating from TRAFFIX is written in a way that can be understood by non-technical persons. This acknowledges the importance of operating within that can often be a political planning environment and not in a traffic engineering ‘vacuum’.
